Returns
If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged trader, you can withdraw from the online sales contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product (receipt of the parcel).
To meet this deadline, it is sufficient for you to write to us:

- or in writing to the following address: ul.Czerniakowska 159/46, 00-453 Warsaw, Poland
We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. Then send the returned goods to us at ul.Czerniakowska 159/46, 00-453 Warsaw, Poland.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund your money immediately, no later than within 14 days.
Please note that for some goods (e.g. perishable goods), the right of return is not available.
In the case of digital content, if you have given your consent and we have delivered the digital product to you immediately (before the 14 days have expired) - the product cannot be returned.

Complaints
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are not in conformity with the contract / defective, you can make a complaint.
To make a complaint:
1. write to us:

- or in writing to the address: ul.Czerniakowska 159/46, 00-453 Warsaw.
In your complaint, indicate which product it concerns and describe the problem. You should also indicate the way in which you want the complaint to be resolved (exchange of goods, repair of goods, refund, price reduction, etc.).
2. send us the package with the faulty goods.
Please do not send us parcels with the ‘cash on delivery’ option.
Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product.
